Stalion for GTA 4

It requires a ZolikaPatch to work.
This mod makes the steering wheel work for the Stalion car. Also, the side mirrors were moved from the fenders to the doors, a new front bumper from TLAD Regina, a double exhaust from SabreGT, and dual headlights - inspired by the Algonquin Hoods Stallion.
