Vigero for GTA 4

It requires a ZolikaPatch to work.
This mod makes the steering wheel rotatable to the Vigero car. The side mirrors were also moved from the wings to the doors, and the vertical bars were removed from the radiator grille.

The steering wheel in the car does not work.
