Reshade for GTA IV by darkboy 215 for GTA 4

This Reshade setting was created in order to improve the visual perception of the game.
Designed for medium-sized systems. Practically does not affect performance. At least on my PC. There may be serious drawdowns on weak systems.
Management:
Home-open the program window in the game.
There you can also configure the buttons to enable and disable Reshade or switch presets.
