CG4 Radar Map for GTA 4

CG4 Radar/Map-MOU on comprehensive map with lots of icons and symbols.

-Parking.
Tunnels and underground structures.
-Parks.

The map shows:
-The names of districts and streets.
-Name of the ponds and bridges.
-Special Services.
-Rails.
-Armor and medical kits.
-And everything else on the radar.

In version 1.2: added tags for jumps and pigeons. The design changed to a more clean and clear, for better usability.
