This mod adds the city of Lost Heaven, converted from Mafia: TCOLH, to the game.
The mod features the city itself from the "Walk" (Free Ride) mode without the countryside. The basic structure of the districts, streets, and buildings has been preserved.
The envelope is not perfect and has a number of limitations:
Dynamic objects from the original game (baskets, barrels, lampposts, fire hydrants, postal poles and telephone booths) in this version are static — they cannot be moved or destroyed.
The bushes have a collision, so you can't walk through them and drive through them.
The underwater bridge between the area of "Little Italy" and the Central Island is flooded with water, so it is impossible to drive through it.
Despite these limitations, the mod allows you to freely explore Lost Heaven on the GTA IV engine, moving through the familiar streets of the city.
Installation:
1. Open "gta.dat" in common/data and add these values there:

This is the first version of a city envelope of this size, so there may be flaws. The mod may be further developed and improved in the future.
