Dead Eye 2 for GTA 4

Aim and then time will slow down and then mark the sight of several (up to five). Then press e again and character will start to shoot.

Hook-Script;
-ScriptHookDotNet.

Changes in v 2.0:
Added screenshot of the effect;
Added ".INI file to enable/disable the display effect;
Fixed bugs.
MOD works on patches 1.0.3.0-1.0.7.0.
