Hustler (Pick Pocket) is a small mod that allows you to make small money in Liberty City virtually in real-world conditions.

The meaning is to quietly pull the money out of your Pocket passer. But you need to be careful if you anyone finds the case-victim or bystander you promised. Office hanging on (e).
