Have you ever wanted to play GTA IV, like in the old days, GTA I and II? Well then this mod is for you!
Control keys:
Press V twice to switch on the camera view from top to bottom.
Hold the right ctrl + plus-to increase the field of view camera from top to bottom
Hold ctrl + minus to decrease the camera view from top to bottom
