Police State Mod v 0.3 for GTA 4

Police State Mod-a tiny mod which transforms one of the districts of liberty city into a police state. What does that mean? In the real world of modern America is turning into a police state, increasing the number of special forces, SWAT, including tightening control. In this fashion completely replaced by police officers, SWAT.

Wanted very much to get rid of the stupid cops, who, like cockroaches at each level of investigation go the same way as soldiers.
