Bug Fix Taxi for GTA 4

Bug Fix-small Taxi script mod for ASI, which fixes the problem of yellow traffic-when the streets of liberty city are filling some taxis.

The whole problem of the Baga GTA 4 is the small amount of RAM-when its games to spare, it loads the default traffic. Silence is a taxi. The mod makes the game load a variety of vehicles.
