Fusion Fix is a comprehensive modification for Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition, designed to fix a wide range of technical issues, bugs, and limitations of the game that have not been fixed in the official updates. This project is a collaborative effort by the community to restore and improve the gameplay of Grand Theft Auto IV on modern systems.

Dimming of volumetric lighting has been fixed
Fixed visibility in the rain and the effect of raindrops on the screen
Fixed the headlights and taillights of the "The Ballad of Gay Tony" car
Fixed motion blur so that it no longer weakens at a higher frame rate
Fixed specular reflections so that they no longer distort at certain camera angles.
Fixed screen transparency (fading of brightness and objects) and fading of terrain
Fixed the videos so that the field of view no longer changes strangely at a higher frame rate.
Fixed screensavers so that the characters and camera no longer shake at a higher frame rate.
The reflections from the cars have been fixed so that they are no longer uneven, and the intensity at the console level has been restored.
The Fusion fix includes a wide range of new graphical improvements that bring the quality of Grand Theft Auto IV to a more modern level, as well as redesigning several broken graphics effects that had issues such as resolution scaling or frame rate dependence.
