Patch 1.0.2.1 RUS (RU) for GTA 4

Official third patch for GTA 4 Russian version 1.0.2.1 (EN) for PC GTA 4.

Graphics:

• Indoor lights for ATI 1900 series;
  
• The players with the ATI 1900 series displays all light sources (for example, when playing in the pool);
