Sniper Bullet Time 2.0 for GTA 4

Sniper Bullet Time-advanced mode shooting sniper mode on the camera there is bullet-time, there is a "Kill cam" mode, when there is a show with a close angle, as the bullet strikes the target. Plus new sounds.

Management:
Run the game, grab a sniper rifle and press X.
You stop breathing and you get the bullet-time within 4 seconds.
When you shoot, the camera will show.
Hold down the button (LMB) at Celje 1 more seconds and the camera will show the killing.
