Wanted Consequences 1.0 for GTA 5

Wanted Consequences Expands upon the games punishment system for when you die or get arrested, with this mod, getting arrested or dying introduces a whole host of new punishments, such as:
- Losing all Armour
- Losing all Weapons
- Losing All Ammo

The mod also introduces a debt system, where if you can't pay a fine to the hospital or police, you will be in debt to them, debt can be paid off by going to a debt payment marker, or if you have enough money to pay debt when next dying or getting arrested then your debt will be automatically paid.
