TornadoV 1.7.8 for GTA 5

Tornadoes can appear naturally during thunderstorms or be spawned manually using a specified keybind.
The INI configuration file allows you to customize various aspects of the mod.

Activation keys:
- The default tornado spawn key is F6 (can be configured in the .ini file or in the menu)
- The default menu toggle key is F5 (can be configured in the .ini file or in the menu)

Requirements:
- Visual C++ v14 Redistributable
- ScriptHookV
- DirectStorageFix (If you are using GTA V Enhanced on NVMe drive and Windows 11)
