Kawasaki T-4 for GTA San Andreas

Kawasaki T-4 for GTA SA is a subsonic training version, developed by Kawasaki for Japan's self-defense air force. The jasdf Blue Impulse. The first XT-4 made July 29, 1985 year. Deliveries to the air forces of Japan began in 1988.
