Kuruma v2 for GTA San Andreas

Here is the second version of the cars from GTA 3 kuruma.
Changes:
1. fixed all bugs.
2. new lights.
3. salon new texture.
4. the new structure of the engine.
5. texture from the XBox version.
6. new damage.
A third version in the future.
