Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 1985 for GTA San Andreas

Changes:
-Peretekstureny rear lights (there was no textures at all)
-Removed chrome (which was added to the basic colour of the cars, the car will not be shine without ENB)
-Removed old rooms and frames
-Added 3D rooms of St. Petersburg (done on original)
-Added Mount for rear rooms
-Changed the color of the roof (done on original)
-Added tinted windshield Strip on (done on the original texture overlay failed)
