Stretch Monster Truck FIX for GTA San Andreas

Updated the old model Stretch Monster Truck.
In SA-MP by the other players not jumping.
For more realism is changed:
Moving the engine in the middle (for balance)
Instead of glass in the Middle-grid (for air)
Put double glazing from the driver and passengers (from wind, dirt and noise)
