ZIL 133GÂ v 2.0 finalization for GTA San Andreas

Changes from me:
-Added damage
-Edited conflict
-Added Ukrainian 3D rooms
-Adapted to IVF (brake lights, turn signals, back up)
-Adapted to the AMS (steering wheel, speedometer, tachometer, fuel, voltmeter, engine temperature, oil pressure, wipers)
Attention, be sure to make these settings in vehsets.dat!
