UAZ 3303 "golovastik" Emergency Service for GTA San Andreas

What was done:
-Caused by remap "Emergency service"
-3D rooms
-Removed unnecessary extras
-Added damage
-Added awning rear
-Rear lights are now working (made from scratch)
-Fixed suspension
