Ikarus 260 bus Hungarian firm "Ikarus", was produced in 1972-1998, specifically for urban and suburban routes. A short version of the 280th models. Was intended to replace the obsolete by the early 70 's, the Ikarus-556. Like the other 200 series buses, Ikarus-260 had gnarly body and wide Windows-like design was fashionable in the 70 's. In the bus were three wide, three-leaved doors that allowed to disembark or landing of 6 people. Seating was only 22-9 singles on the port side and 13 on the right-the double 6 between the doors plus one single deployed back to the window, behind the second door. The minimum number of seats and a large rear deck stateroom had increased to 100 people.
