The Department of accounting and analysis of mortality and transportation of dead bodies of the Moscow ambulance Service was established by the decision of the Moscow Department of health. it was established in 1995 "to improve the sanitary condition of Moscow and streamline the transportation of bodies of deceased and deceased citizens to morgues and corpse storage facilities in the city". In 1996, 21 RAF 2926 special vehicles were manufactured for the Department. The vehicle is a RAF 3311 chassis with a two-row five-seat cab and an insulated cargo compartment in the form of an insulated van. The van contains four plastic troughs for corpses.
