Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Police of Ukraine for GTA San Andreas

Changes:
- Fixed the headlights (the high beam is no longer lit)
- Fixed the position of dummy headlights (added dummy fog lights)
- Fixed textures of brake lights and dimensions (now works correctly, added brake lights)
- Adapted brake light repeater on the trunk
- Removed ads from numbered frames
- New textures of the police of Ukraine
- New texture of license plates
- Fixed a collision
