Chevrolet Impala SS 1.1 (1963) for GTA San Andreas

The only replacement for "Savanna". Not perfect, but still.
Version 1.1:
- Removed sounds;
- Removed non-working tuning;
- Fixed exhaust (by default, smoke came from only one pipe);
- Fixed the drive (by default, the model had front-wheel drive, although the Impala is a rear-wheel drive car).
- Fixed colors (file "Carcols.dat").

- On the Caesar Vialpando mission, a car coup is possible. Be careful.
