Replaced the numbers with Soviet ones, added extras.

This mod will remove the dirt from the texture Flash, the rest of the textures remain the standard. Also the dirt was removed from the bumpers and side skirts, which can be set in the tuning room.

Put on a clean game.

In order to any other vehicle (except for the street racers) did not have the reflections and dirt, install HD Vehicle.txd from Vova_Meow (I also posted).
