Niko Bellik instead of CJ for GTA San Andreas

The mod replaces CJ with Niko from GTA 4.
All the clothes are gone, just what you're wearing.
A save is loaded, so that there is no departure from the game, replaces the first save.
The mod requires a ModLoder.
