Access to hidden interiors (new version) for GTA San Andreas

In this version of the script I removed access to where you can fall through. Added entry to the home of Ryder and Retinue. Suite in the House talking on the phone. He can take the thermal imager and nightvision.
The Rider can take a reservation, life, pills and statuette (Vice city had to collect 100 items of such).
Behind the House there is a cafe CJ. In restaurants you can eat there, save, becoming the token. There is a small change in Liberty City. In cafes and restaurants now plays music instead of the dull noise. In the courtyard behind the House there is a traffic light, CJ Lantern (the script for "keeping cars out of the garage"), there is another place.
