Normal driver on the track for GTA San Andreas

All must face the fact that on the track, as well as on some country roads, cars are worn with great speed, leading to constant clashes, explosions and as a result high mortality on roads statewide.
This modification is intended to reduce such high numbers at the moment ridiculous and often annoying.
