Real Drop Weapons Mod beta for GTA San Andreas

After installing this mod will not be killed by enemies leave pick-ups (rotating icons in this case), and actually extend the weapon on the ground (as in Point Blank, GTA IV and many other games)!

-Beta 1: without the ability to raise a weapon;
-Beta 2: arms can be raised (if you have similar weapons in your inventory by type, then press "F" to replace him!).

The mod has not yet passed all testing and has clear flaws!

In the case when a dying COP with a gun in the hands of baton doesn't show up, and vice versa!
For reliability, added check for existence of an actor
Removed bug when it's not worked on some actors
