Clever Trans for GTA San Andreas

Script improves the movement of trams in the game, making it more realistic and safe:
-Tram stops when there is an obstacle in front of him (pedestrian, vehicle).
-Tram stops at the traffic light signal prohibits passing areas (including the exit junction that is a minus).
-Tram stops at stops marked with a special sign. Sometimes stops in tram passengers will visit (or leave it).
-Drivers appear in trams.
