Speed Limiter for GTA San Andreas

I would like to present you my first CLEO script-Speed limiter by Derian Fox.
-What makes this script?
-This script puts a car on the speed limit 25 km/h and 40 km/h, 100 km/h.

To activate the script, press the "1" being in the car, after the first pressing will be limited to 25 km/h, after a subsequent key press "1" the speed limit is 40 km/h by pressing the key again will limit at 100 km/h to disable the script you want to scroll through all the constraints (3) and the speed would be standard (limitation will apply the standard to this brand of auto power off, in the script).
All speeds are not very accurate but are similar to real.
The script was made from scratch-something from scratch in the Sunny Builder.
