Customs V 1.0 for GTA San Andreas

Hello world! That's decided to make a little script which adds realism. Now, the "Customs Office" Los Santos will stand: Booth and barriers. Script is unnecessary, but he adds that there are almost every RP server. If you like it, I will do a second version. Good luck
