Prototype for GTA San Andreas

In this version I fixed some bugs and increased the something:)
-running speed is increased in several times;
-the HP is not removed and if you hold down the run, you will not lose speed;
-speed run on walls increased compared to the previous version;
1 more jump is in the air;
-not friendly with Parkour mod that replaces parkour.cs;
-fixed a bug with running on the wall, now all the irregularities encountered along the way no problem
