Enhanced Functions for GTA San Andreas

MOD adds new features to cars, weapons, pedestrians and other objects.

There is a file CLEO\\EnhFuncs\\sawbarl in the folder "How to adapt", it says how to adapt the model to fashion weapons.

Currently implements three functions:
-The ability to break down the muzzle to reload.
-Moving the return mechanism for weapons when firing.
-Possibility to make a folding knife, which will open on impact.
