Advanced missile for GTA San Andreas

There is a kind of rocket. You can control the flight of missiles from 1 person. At night the rockets from 1 person available plan.
If the rockets don't hit, it will fly farther and explode near the end.
If you fly over a military base, then you get not one, but all four missiles.
Heat flares to the Hydra are not one.
