Innovations:
The Ballas now have pimp Clower
-A lot of new skins in gangs
-A new gang-Bikers and Russian mafia. Sometimes they are on the same territory, and often fight with each other.
-Triada, Aztecas and Bikers are friendly to Sidžeû and not to attack him.
