Solar panels for GTA San Andreas

The modification adds to home solar panels Toreno. You can even manage them!
Go to a computer that is on the table. The menu has three items:
* Start the solar panel (without solar weather they will not work)
* Bring the heat from solar panels (for the beginning of their turn). The more heat gain battery, the more CO2 you get.
* And finally turn off the solar panels. All the stored heat is, and you can at any time of its release.
