SilentPatchSA 1.1 Build 27 for GTA San Andreas

GTA SA-great game, but it has some problems. This small plugin solves a few of them.
It focuses mainly on fixing bugs present on PC but not in PS2 version of the game.
Changes in this build:
-Fixed the problem that introduces graphical artifacts from pedov animations with high usage of RAM-the so-called "streaming memory bug"
-Fixed bug that forces the substitution zaspavnennogo shit edged weapons other weapons when entering pickup
-INI-option SunSizeHack that allows you to switch the solar hacks. While they were good with the usual game, their use with PS2 seabed.ipl-bad idea
-Fixed crash when starting with Windows XP.
