Chainsaw Panic for GTA San Andreas

Now pedestrians will be afraid and flee from Cj with a running chainsaw. The police will give you a one star, and armed pedestrians try to kill you. This feature is also present in Vice City and Vice City Stories Liberty City Stories, but for some reason does not appear in San Andreas. In the end, you would not have run from killer with a chainsaw?
