Peds Hands Up Fix v2.0.3 for GTA San Andreas

A remake of the old script, which fixes a bug when you tselites in the walkers of the weapons, and after some time they get discouraged and go as if nothing had happened. Changes in the new version: script completely rewritten for better performance. -Fixed crash R6025-pure virtual function call. -No problems when playing with gamepad.
