Pedov reaction to the car exploded as in GTA VC v2 for GTA San Andreas

The first version of this mod has failed. So catch the second, still modified. In this version the pedy now stop farther from the remains of the car, and reproduce various animations and not just stupidly stand. Let me remind you that with this script pedy learn to respond to an explosion of cars as it was in GTA VC and GTA 3.
