Debris on the roads like in GTA VC (or GTA 3) v3 - Final for GTA San Andreas

The latest version of my mod about Newspapers and other garbage that appears on the ground and behaves exactly the same as in previous games in the series GTA 3D.

This version adds another variety of Newspapers - the same model, only inverted. The chance appearance of a newspaper - 33% (in other case will spawn a normal newspaper).

In addition, now the trash in bad weather not just madly flying through the area, and flies in the direction the wind is blowing (you can tell by the different effects).

Also added another feature that I noticed playing GTA 3. There is more trash, and he shows up everywhere, and not just on the roads. This happens in GTA VC, but there is only one type of Newspapers. Here, just like in GTA 3.

So fashion is now more appropriate name "the Garbage on the ground as in GTA 3".

However, garbage continues to appear exclusively in big cities.
