Mercury for GTA San Andreas

Mod features:
Now you're the fastest person in San Andreas, you will not catch any racing car, no Hydra, no one... Even in the water. Also you can stop time and nobody will harm you.

To activate the deceleration, press Q to return time back again, press Q. To accelerate, press the SPRINT and X to work with any body type, in water and under water.

PS There is a bug, when you accelerate in the water is quickly spent life.
