Memory512-Major Update for GTA San Andreas

This little cleo script Memory512 is able to perform impossible tasks assigned to them, namely:
-increased distance drawing;
-increase in number of loadable objects.
It is no longer necessary to use the SALA or StreamMemoryFix. Memory512 two times more stable than similar fashion.
