Hard Rain Remake (pedestrian with umbrella) for GTA San Andreas

There was a lot of criticism in the fashion of Hard Rain, for example, cars, desperate, very chaotic and unnatural.

Unlike the original mod, the car's behavior does not change, and the icon matches the style of the game.

The characters controlled by the mods and missions are not affected; the gang and the police will not use an umbrella.

Umbrella replaces the cane. And of course, CJ can use it too.
