Working Weapons on the Launch Boat for GTA San Andreas

This mod adds a fully functional, operational weapon to the Launch boat. It also includes a custom vehicle model with a soldier.
If you don't want to use a custom soldier model, the CLEO script will work fine with a regular Launch boat.
