T-shirt Street directions. Vorkaut Workout (Workout) is a street direction based around exercises with its own weight, in which the main emphasis is on building strength and endurance. At the same time, the active use of imagination in the training process to continually invent new exercises and combinations, making every workout different to another. The very idea of such creative workouts began in the United States, but as a social movement (with regular free outdoor workouts for everyone, notable performances in schools, working with youth, etc.) it first arose in the year 2009 in Russia.
