Helmet "Delumkor" from Mass Effect for GTA San Andreas

The Delumkor helmet is a special helmet from Mass Effect. The developed "Delumkor Systems" VI inside this helmet makes it easier to aim at the weak points of the enemy. It can also transfer excess energy to weapons. In the first models, VI reported combat performance aloud, but the testers found him "too talkative" and "very sullen."
The helmet is made of high quality and fits well on Karl.
