Events unfolding in the middle of 80-ies.
Mission data tell us about James Kimani, who arranged secret killings of criminals and sinners.
James very reverently refers to his duties, every year he kidnapped about 30 people. Half of them have not returned.

From the point of view of James, the whole world is full of bloodthirsty killers. The police are deeply spit on such problems, because money talks. The state purchased and no one supervises. Only James can bring a white cloud, doing the "dirty" work.
And, of course, years later, James finally goes crazy. He goes on to larger prey. This sale lawyers, judges, police officers. The Government has started a real hunt for James head. But he does not stop, James continues to court. But against
